All VØID garments are produced on demand. Please read the relevant sections before reaching out.

ORDERS

How do I place an order?

Browse the collection, select your size and colourway, and add to your cart. Checkout is quick — we accept all major cards and PayPal. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because every VØID piece is made to order, we begin production almost immediately after you place your order. Cancellations or changes are only possible within 1 hour of purchase. After that window, the order is locked in for production. Please double-check your size and address before completing checkout.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. A confirmation email is sent to the address you provide at checkout. A second email with tracking details follows once your order has been dispatched. If you don't see either email, check your spam folder before contacting us.

How long does production take?

All items are printed and assembled to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order is handed to the carrier. This is separate from shipping time.

Can I order multiple items in one go?

Absolutely. Add as many pieces as you like to your cart. Items may ship in separate packages depending on which facility produces each piece — you'll receive individual tracking numbers if this happens.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

How long will delivery take?

After production (2–5 business days), estimated shipping times are:

UK — 3–5 business days

Europe — 5–10 business days

USA & Canada — 5–10 business days

Rest of world — 10–20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, and peak periods can extend these windows.

How do I track my order?

Once dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. You can also track your order from your account page.

My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?

First, check your tracking link. If the estimated delivery window has passed and tracking shows no movement, please contact us at voidstudio@zohomail.eu Lost packages must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims submitted after this window cannot be processed.

Will I need to pay customs or import duties?

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or VAT depending on your country. These charges are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over them and cannot predict the amount.

My order was returned to sender — what now?

If a parcel is returned to our production facility due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we'll notify you by email. Returned orders are held for 30 days. Contact us during that time to confirm your correct address and we'll arrange a reship. After 30 days, unclaimed items are donated to charity and no refund can be issued.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

Because every VØID garment is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any reason that is not a fault in the product itself. Please use our size guide carefully before ordering.

What if my item arrives damaged or has a print defect?

If your item arrives damaged, with a manufacturing defect, or with a print error, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Email us at voidstudio@zohomail.eu within 30 days of delivery, include your order number, and attach clear photos of the defect. Claims submitted after 30 days cannot be accepted.

I ordered the wrong size — can I exchange it?

Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges for size errors. Each piece is printed on demand and cannot be restocked or resold. We strongly recommend consulting our size guide before placing your order. If you're unsure between two sizes, size up.

How long do I have to submit a return or defect claim?

All claims — whether for defective items or lost packages — must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. We cannot process claims outside of this window.

When will I receive my refund?

Once a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank but typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Do I need to return the item to get a refund?

In most cases, no. For defective or damaged items, photographic evidence is sufficient for us to process your replacement or refund. We will confirm this when we review your claim.

PRODUCTS

Are VØID products ethically made?

Yes. Our blanks are sourced from suppliers with certified ethical labour practices and GOTS-certified organic cotton where applicable. Buying print-on-demand also means zero overproduction — your item is only made when you order it.

How should I care for my VØID garment?

Wash inside out at 30°C or below. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron directly on the print. Do not dry clean. High-quality garments treated well will last years, not seasons.

Will sold-out items come back?

Most VØID pieces are available on a continuous basis through print on demand. Some limited colourways are capped by design and will not return once the run is closed. Follow us on TikTok and Instagram to be first to know about new drops.

SIZING

How does VØID sizing run?

Our garments are true-to-size with a structured, clean fit. They are not oversized. If you prefer a relaxed or dropped-shoulder silhouette, size up by one.

Where can I find the size guide?

A full size guide with chest, body length, and sleeve measurements is available on each product page. All measurements are given in both centimetres and inches. Because we cannot offer size exchanges, please take a moment to measure yourself before ordering.

Do garments shrink after washing?

Minimal shrinkage is possible with any natural fibre, but our blanks are pre-shrunk. Washing at 30°C and air drying will preserve the fit over time.
